- Any live cohort, pre-recorded course, workshop, masterclass, or educational programme offered by Amanam Teaches.

- Any downloadable resource, template, checklist, guide, or other digital material offered for sale or as a free lead magnet.
- "Intellectual Property"
- All patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
- "Payment Processor"
- Third-party services such as Paystack that process payments on our behalf.
Eligibility & Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or make a purchase. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Account Information
When you register for an account, purchase a course, or subscribe to our mailing list, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Security
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Purchases, Payments & Refunds
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other methods supported by our Payment Processor (Paystack). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our live cohort programmes, subject to the following conditions:
- You must request the refund within 7 calendar days of the cohort start date.
- You must have attended at least the first two live sessions (or watched the recordings if you missed them).
- You must have completed the assigned work for Weeks 1 and 2.
- Refund requests must be sent via email to hello@amanamteaches.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
Non-refundable items: Digital products (PDFs, templates, checklists), one-on-one coaching sessions, and services already rendered are not eligible for refunds. Subscription-based services may be cancelled but are not refunded for partial months.
4.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All Content provided through our Services, including course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, logos, branding, and website design, is the exclusive property of Amanam Teaches and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Upon purchase or enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent.
- Share your login credentials with others or allow third parties to access purchased Content.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Content in any way.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our Content.
- Use our Content to create competing products, courses, or services.
5.3 Your Content

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our Services, user accounts, or computer systems.
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Services.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Amanam Teaches. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties that the results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable.
- Warranties regarding the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through our Services.
No guaranteed outcomes: While we are committed to providing high-quality education, we do not guarantee any specific business results, income levels, or success from participating in our programmes. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanam Teaches and its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Personal injury or property damage.
- Any other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or NGN50,000, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amanam Teaches and its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of our Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
- Your conduct in connection with our Services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
Notwithstanding the above, we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
